When a candidate referred by Wagner & Associates is employed, a contingency fee is charged to the employer. The contingency fee is discussed and agreed to when the recruitment mandate is given to our agency. The regular fee, based on the employee’s anticipated first year’s earnings, is calculated on a percentage schedule. A fixed fee or a fixed percentage can, under certain conditions, be negotiated.

If employment terminates within the guarantee period for any reason other than a shortage of work, company or employee relocation, replacement candidates will be provided free of charge. The regular guarantee period is six months and, for junior positions, four months.
